The head of FISU visits MCYS

The Deputy Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Daulina Osmani, hosted the member of the Executive Board of the International University Sports Federation, Gabriel Kotchofa, and the executive director of the FISU World University Handball Cup 2022, Musa Selimi.

They discussed the successful conclusion of the University Handball World Cup that took place for the first time in Kosovo and the importance of organizing such sports events in our country.

The University Handball World Cup brought 14 teams from different world universities to Kosovo. The champions of this world event became the team of the University of Pristina "Hasan Prishtina", in the men's category, and the team of the Korean National Sports University, in the women's category.

The Ministry of Sports was a supporter of the FISU World University Handball Cup 2022.
