Minister Gashi hosted in a meeting the President of the European University Sports Federa-tion, Adam Roczek

Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Kujtim Gashi, hosted in his office the President of the European University Sports Federation, Adam Roczek.

On this occasion, Minister Gashi said that "President Adam's visit is precisely within the framework of the European Week of Sport and aims to look closely at the achievements as a state in the sports infrastructure. It is good luck Kosovo has the University Sports Federation. And we as the Minister are strongly supporting sports federation", said Minister Gashi.

"During this meeting was confirmed once again the support of the Europe-an University Sports Federation and we are lucky that already cooperation with all the European Fed-eration is growing and we will jointly walk in strengthening our role in the international arena regarding sports activities" Minister Gashi concluded.

Meanwhile, the President of the European Uni-versity Sports Federation, Adam Roczek said that "the Federation has become a full member of EUSA this year after the decision of the General Assembly and we are proud that we have the 46th member in Europe. It is also important to mention that students from Kosovo have been participating in the competitions that we organize in the EUSA umbrella for many years and the first medal was won by students from Kosovo. "

"My visit to Kosovo is not just a formal visit, but we will be here in the workshop so we can help and advise on how to develop the sport in Kosovo's universities for the benefit of students, for the benefit of society in Kosovo", added President Adam.

The Chairman of the Kosovo Sports Federation of Kosova, Musa Selimi, said: "It is very important to come and we will combine our activities. We discussed about the possibility of organizing a major European sports event in Kosovo. We got support that in the next two years we will organize an activity".
