Minister Kujtim Shala congratulates KF Ferronikeli

On the occasion of winning the Digitalb Cup of Kosovo in football, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Mr. Kujtim Shala, congratulates Ferronikeli football club for their victory against Trepca '89, after the penalty shootout, after which the club from Drenas, were crowned the Digitalb Cup champions for this year.

After succeeding within the Football Super League of Kosovo, Ferronikel, are also crowned the champions of the Digitalb Cup of Kosovo. This is an extraordinary and historic step for the club and football in Kosovo. Simultaneously, this triumph of Ferronikel proves that results always come after work and unrelenting commitment, says the minister.

Minister Shala also emphasized that now we are in the final stage, at which football is expected to be fully internationalized, therefore we need commitment and focus on increasing the quality and show our competitive spirit in the international competitions that our national team and other clubs will participate.

Despite the great challenges that football and sport in general is facing, Minister Shala, is working intensively to create the conditions and the general infrastructure, for advancement, promotion and integration of Kosovo’s sport at the international level, and there will be no lack of quality and competitiveness.
