Minister Shala offers his support to Kosovar volleyball

Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports (MCYS), Kujtim Shala met today the president of Kosovo Volleyball Federation (KVF), Xhavit Mustafa, with whom he discussed on the up to date achievements and challenges in the future of Kosovo volleyball.

The President of KVF notified minister Shala about the activities and competitions that this federation organises and accomplishes. The President of federation, Mustafa also informed minister Shala about affiliation of new teams into KVF thus becoming part of the competitions. Mustafa emphasised that it is a priority for KVF to expand the scope of this sport and increase of its quality. He also stressed that now following the admission of Kosovo Olympic Committee into International Olympic Committee, the way has been facilitated for full internationalisation of volleyball of Kosovo.

Whereas, Minister congratulated the heads of KVF for their work and successes achieved and sought even a more intensified engagement towards advancement of this sport inside the country and its internationalisation. He expressed the readiness to help KVF in every sphere beginning with building of internal administrative capacities, the work with young generations, where he engaged the president of federation, Mustafa to have more qualitative competitions and competitive appearance also abroad.
