Rogova of Has with a new culture center, worth about 1.2 million Euros

Within the scope of capital investments, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports has signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Municipality of Gjakova, for the financial support of the project "Construction of the Culture Center in Rogovë of Has", where will be invested about 1.2 million Euros.

The memorandum foresees that this project will be implemented over a period of three years and the financial means will be divided into three phases: 2017, for this project will be allocated by MCYS 100 thousand euro, for 2018 500 thousand euro, 2019 558,220 Euros. Meanwhile, the municipality of Gjakova in this project will invest 10 thousand Euros.

Minister Kujtim Shala said that through this support, Rogova of Has will have an important space for the development of cultural life. The Culture Center which will be built in this village, will be in the service of the local artists of Has and all the citizens. This capital investment will affect the enrichment of cultural activity.

Meanwhile, the Mayor of Gjakova, Mimoza Kusari-Lila, expressed her gratitude for this support. She said that this capital investment in the large village of that area will create the opportunity for residents to engage even more in art and culture. It will be a space of the best possible standards where artists and young talents can exhibit their work.
