Minister Kujtim Shala in Bulgaria: Cultural recognition between countries is very advantageous

In the course of his official visit to Bulgaria, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Kujtim Shala, accompanied by the Bulgarian Culture Minister, Vezhdi Rashidov, and heads of institutions of this country, visited the Gallery of the Ministry of Culture of Bulgaria.

Later, the delegation from Kosovo, has seen recent archaeological findings in the open locality of ancient city, Serdika, which is already an open museum, as well as visited the National Gallery of Bulgaria.

Minister Shala discussed with the heads of these institutions about concrete cultural cooperation between the relevant institutions of the Republic of Kosovo and Bulgaria, to exchange experiences in the field of culture and cultural heritage, and to know each other better through opportunities that the culture gives.

On this occasion, Shala said that "cultural recognition is very fruitful, so we need to work more in this regard, in order to make it more concrete and much more frequent."

Also, during these visits was said that the signing of the Agreement on Cultural Cooperation between the two countries has created favorable political conditions, so the cultures of the two countries meet and communicate more with each other.
