Memorandum signed between MCYS and Kosovo Handball Federation

Today, the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Kujtim Shala, welcomed the leaders of Kosovo Handball Federation, accompanied by trainers and players of the representative of Kosovo in handball, after the successful organization of the World Handball Championship for developing countries, where the representative of Kosovo won the bronze medal, ranked third.

Eugen Saraçini, president of the Handball Federation of Kosovo, evaluated as very successful the championship organized for the first time in Kosovo and at the same time thanked Minister Shala for the unreserved support he has given to this important event.

Minister Shala congratulated the players, representative leaders and federation for this important success of sports in Kosovo. He said that "MCYS is committed to support sport and its expansion, while the success of the handball of Kosovo is an important step for the further internationalization of sports in Kosovo."

On this occasion, a memorandum of cooperation was signed between MCYS and KHF, through which MCYS for the success achieved in the championship rewards the Handball Federation and the Representative of Kosovo with 10 thousand Euros.
