Minister Krasniqi appoints the Council of National Gallery of Kosovo and of the Philharmonics of Kosovo

Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Memli Krasniqi, today appointed members of the Council of National Gallery of Kosovo and those of Philharmonics of Kosovo. Appointment of members of both councils comes as a result of the end of mandate of the current ones.

The following were appointed as members of Council of National Gallery of Kosovo:

Eliza Hoxha
Shkëlzen Maliqi
Zake Prelvukaj
Basri Capriqi
Arjeta Emra
Lirjon Kadriu dhe
Arlinda Hajrullahu, representative of the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports.

Competences of this council derive from the Law on Institutions of Culture and the Statute of KNG. Mandate of the council lasts four years.

Whereas the following were appointed as members of Steering Council of Philharmonics of Kosovo, by Minister Krasniqi:

Merita Juniku
Astrit Pallaska
Shkumbin Bajraktari
Adelina Paloja dhe
Kamuran Gorani, representative of MCYS.

Competences of Council of Philharmonics derive from the Law on Philharmonics, Opera and Ballet of Kosovo. Mandate of the Council of Philharmonics is three years.
