Reaction to the article titled: "These are the 80 LDK militants who are being employed on the eve of elections in the Ministry of Culture" published on the portal "Gazeta Fjala" and in other media

The Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, in coordination with other relevant internal and external actors, including the National Audit Office, since 2016 has been working to solve the inherited problem related to the ASS contracts. In solving this problem, three legal variants are being included, which are being applied according to dynamic work plans. This should take into account the right of civil servants to whom the law has recognized the replacement of their contracts by appointment acts, a process which began in 2009, and then the other process of legalization of creators and performers of culture, and professional employees of cultural heritage, a process which started in 2011, as well as the rest which is recruited based on the needs of MCYS subordinated institutions. Therefore, based on the relevant facts and the factual situation, we clarify the opinion that the article titled "These are the 80 LDK militants who are being employed on the eve of elections in the Ministry of Culture" published on the portal "Gazeta Fjala" and which during the day circulates in other media too, is tendentious, untruthful and deliberately deviated from the truth and reality in the MCYS, hence, we clarify the opinion that this process has nothing to do with early elections because it is a fair process of administration functioning and is implemented the previous year's plan, and this can not be stopped by an election process, or any other political development in the country.
