Minister Shala visited KFF

Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports, Kujtim Shala, visited the Football Federation of Kosovo, where he was welcomed by the president, Fadil Vokrri, and where he closely saw the conditions in which this federation works and functions in the new offices.

Minister Shala and President Vokrri discussed football development in Kosovo, especially those associated with sports infrastructure and numerous investments being made by MCYS, in order to create favorable conditions for carrying out international matches.

Shala and Vokrri said that Kosovo institutions are making maximum efforts that Kosovo prepares stadiums, to be able to play games with competitive nature as soon as possible, such as the qualifications for the World Cup, "Russia 2018".

At this meeting, between Shala and Vokrri, in particular, was discussed the progress of procedures on construction of the National Stadium.

Also, the Minister Shala and President Vokrri discussed about the preparations being made by the Kosovo national team, for the next qualifying matches, "Russia 2018", which have a special significance for further advancement of football in Kosovo.
