Podujeva with a Sports Hall in the amount of 2 million and 500 hundred thousand Euros

Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, has signed today a memorandum of cooperation with the municipality of Podujeva, whose purpose is financial support for the project: "Construction of Sports Hall in the Municipality of Podujeva" project in the amount of 2 million 500 thousand euro and under budget projections, it will be realized in the period 2016/2019.

On this occasion, Minister Shala said that MCYS is working in many directions to improve sports infrastructure in the country, so that sports in Kosovo have more favorable conditions for development and advancement.

Further, Shala added that through this capital investment, Podujeva has now a high standard sports hall and with contemporary conditions, where sportsmen of this country will carry out their sporting activities.

Mayor of Podujeva, Agim Veliu thanked Minister Shala for the cooperation so far and said that this project is in view of interests of the citizens of this municipality and especially the athletes, who now have a modern sports hall.
