Minister Kujtim Shala welcomed the director of Caritas Kosova

Today, in a meeting between the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Kujtim Shala and the Director General of Kosovo Caritas, don Viktor Sopi, was discussed about the possibilities of cooperation between MCYS and Caritas Kosova, especially in important areas, such as promotion of culture, diversity and youth, areas in which Caritas is engaged in Kosovo.

Director Sopi congratulated Minister Shala for the successful work he is doing and expressed his interest to closely cooperate with Caritas Kosova.

Also, minister Shala and the director Sopi discussed the possibility of revitalizing the object of the Episcopal See of Kosovo in Ferizaj, built in 1903, which is the object of great value and is part of the list of Cultural Heritage of Kosovo for Temporary Protection, and in the future to possibly establish a museum in honor of the Bishop of Kosovo, Nikë Prela, who made an extraordinary contribution to Kosovo and Kosovo's cultural life, especially during the difficult years of 90's.
